NAFA Talent Development Programme

Exclusive opportunities, customised programmes and additional support await those selected for the NAFA Talent Development Programme (NTDP).

Being part of the NTDP is a time for you to hone your technical and artistic abilities as well as build leadership and communication skills. What ensues is not just the skills, but also a sense of entrepreneurship and belief in the community that will carry you far into your career.

Who is eligible?

Nominations are accepted on an annual basis. Selection criteria is based on your results, aptitude, artistic achievements and lecturers’ recommendation.

All NTDP students are eligible to apply for the Talent Development Award. This will provide financial support for conferences, workshops, residencies, independent projects and more that develop one’s artistic and technical skills.

Past cohorts have benefited from talks with industry experts, leadership workshops, as well as classes and events with world-renowned professionals from both Singapore and overseas. It is no surprise that awardees have leveraged this support to start their initiatives like developing a platform that can promote performance art in Singapore and the region.
