Recognised as One of the Best Employers

Over the years, NAFA has received various accolades from NTUC and Education Services Union (ESU) in recognition of our efforts and contributions towards employees’ welfare, good labour-management relations and NTUC initiatives.

We are proud to announce that as the latest feather in our cap, NAFA is ranked #115 in Singapore’s Top 200 Best Employers survey list 2022—a spot higher than the academy’s ranking in 2021 (#116), and 22 spots higher than 2020 (#137).

Singapore’s Best Employers 2022 is a large-scale and comprehensive study that assesses the attractiveness of organisations in Singapore based on an independent employee survey. The list is based on a comprehensive analysis of over 1,700 companies and 200,000 employee evaluations.

This accomplishment, only spurs us on to do more, and we continue in our quest to foster a conducive work environment that prioritises respect, empathy and mutual understanding among colleagues.
