                                                                                        The NAFA Talent Development Programme (NTDP) offers exemplary students access to a mentorship programme and myriad of industry exposure and career opportunities to impact both the local and global arts scene. Through the customised support and range of development programmes, NTDP can support students in achieving their fullest potentials.

                                                                                        The NTDP is run by the Special Projects Unit, a department established in 2020 to help students, staff and alumni alike develop talent, including but not limited to leadership, communication, entrepreneurship and community spirit.

                                                                                        Nurturing and accelerating talent growth through the NAFA Mentorship Programme, Special Projects Award and Studio Residency @ NAFA.

                                                                                        NAFA Mentorship Programme

                                                                                        For students from the NAFA Talent Development Programme (NTDP), young graduates, alumni and staff who have exemplified high potential to excel in their artistic craft.

                                                                                        Special Projects Award

                                                                                        Awarded to student, staff and alumni art and design projects with the potential to impact the local or global scene. These projects should demonstrate an openness to innovation and include themes that address current issues, culture and heritage.

                                                                                        Studio Residency @Nafa

                                                                                        A one or two-month programme that fosters collaboration and interdisciplinary exchanges amongst staff, alumni, and practising artists and designers both local and international.

                                                                                        NAFA Studios @ Cité internationale des arts Residency Programme (CRP)​

                                                                                        A two-month residency programme in Paris for Singaporean and Southeast Asian arts practitioners to develop their artistic practices and connect with artists, choreographers, musicians, writers and designers from around the world.
