Committed to Care

People have always been at the centre of NAFA and we believe it is our responsibility to create a caring and supportive environment that enhances your quality of working life.

We do this by recognising the challenges our employees face at different stages of life, and catering to these ever-changing needs through various work-life integration initiatives. These include but are not limited to flexible work arrangements, different forms of leave benefits, employee health and well-being programmes and an Employee Assistance Programme—all of which help you strike a balance between work and home.

Work-life Fun

NAFA embarked on the Workplace Health Promotion & Mental Wellness Programme in 2010 to enhance the health and well-being of our colleagues.

This marked the introduction of various staff activities, including but not limited to annual health screenings, chair yoga, kickboxing and K-pop dance, cholesterol and weight management interventions, health talks and workshops, and healthy food demonstrations. In recognition of our work, we were accorded the Silver Health Award by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) in December 2012.

We continued ramping up our efforts by updating our existing programme with other new health promotion practices aimed to create a health-promoting workplace environment. This led to us receiving the Corporate Excellence Award in 2017 from HPB.

These awards motivate the academy to continue developing best practices for a healthier workplace and ultimately, better organisational performance.
