We are deeply honoured that the Madreema Foundation, a nonprofit organisation dedicated to promoting the arts and supporting female artists, has pledged a generous gift of S$60,000 to NAFA to establish two scholarships for students pursuing a Diploma in Fine Art.
Beginning in Academic Year 2026/2027, the scholarships will be awarded over five years. One scholarship will recognise academic merit and artistic promise, while the other will support a deserving student from a financially disadvantaged background , ensuring that talent and dedication are nurtured regardless of circumstance.
The gift agreement was signed on 6 February 2026, when Mr Luc Muller, Founder of the Madreema Foundation, visited NAFA with his wife, Ms Dorothea Kriele, to mark the start of this meaningful partnership.
We are sincerely grateful for the Foundation’s belief in our students and in the transformative power of arts education. Through this generous support, young artists are given the confidence and opportunity to pursue their creative journeys with focus and purpose.
