Our Trainers

Elly Yeoh

Elly is the founder of Shin.tsugi (‘shin/心’ means heart & mind, and ‘tsugi’ means to join/repair). She is an emotional mastery coach, keynote speaker and content creator.

Winner of Startup Weekend Singapore 2020, Elly is certified in emotional intelligence, corporate branding, and the Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram personality tool. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interactive media design from the National University of Singapore, with a minor in technology entrepreneurship. She is also trained in peer support and mental wellness content creation under TikTok’s Youth for Good programme and a mentor under the X-Cite programme by CARE Singapore.

Elly has over 8 years of experience using the creative arts to regulate stress and emotions — namely, fandom journaling, modern calligraphy, and acapella singing. Fandoms (beloved movies/TV shows, music, books, and games) have played an enormous role in her life and career. In her personal life, fandoms such as Running Man, Marvel, Studio Ghibli, Adele and Pentatonix have brought healing, inspiration, and comfort in the darkest of times. A Harry Potter resume got Elly her first job at Reactor School — where she started as a designer and left as Head of Marketing & Branding and Head of the Reactor Educator Network. As the Head of the Reactor Educator Network, she was both a course creator and trainer for the Entrepreneurship Education curriculums targeted at youth and educators.

Elly now integrates fandoms, creative arts, and personality tools as a transformative framework to deepen our understanding of emotions and use them to our advantage.
