  • Admission Offer Letter
  • Admission Form
  • Declaration for Tuition Grant Eligibility

Admission Form
The Admission Form allows you and your parent/guardian to select an option for the payment of your programme fees, and to inform you and your parent/guardian of essential information that you will require as a student of NAFA.

Declaration for Tuition Grant Eligibility (if applicable)
The Tuition Grant Scheme (TGS) was introduced by the Singapore Government to subsidise the high cost of tertiary education in Singapore. The TGS is open to all Singaporean students enrolled for NAFA’s full-time diploma and Bachelor’s degree programmes (subject to guidelines under the existing policy).

Singapore Citizens will be automatically awarded a Tuition Grant without the need for application. There is no bond obligation required of Singapore Citizens. Effective from Academic Year 2025 onwards, Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above will get subsidies to pursue another full-time diploma.

For Singapore Permanent Residents and International Students, in exchange for the grant received under the TGS, you are required to sign a Tuition Grant (TG) agreement in which you will be contractually obliged to work in a Singapore entity for three (3) years upon graduation.

There is no Tuition Grant available for international students pursuing Bachelor’s degree programmes.

Liquidated Damages (LD) will be imposed on you and your sureties if you fail to complete the programme of study or fulfil your service obligation. LD is computed based on the total TG received (inclusive of GST subsidy) plus 10% compounded interest per annum.

Programme Information

All Diploma and Bachelor’s degree students will be enrolled in a 3-year, full-time programme.

To check if you are eligible for PSEA, visit: https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/psea/overview

Students can do an online application for PSEA standing order at https://go.gov.sg/psea-standing-order by the expiry date stated on the offer letter or by 15 June, whichever is earlier.

  • PART 1: This part must be completed regardless of whether the student uses his own or his siblings’ PSEA, or both his own and siblings’ PSEA.
  • PART 2: This part is to be completed only if the student is requesting to use his siblings’ PSEA. If the student is using his own PSEA only, this part need not be completed.

A student may request to deduct funds from up to 3 siblings’ PSEA. However, if the student has a PSEA, deduction will first be made from his own account. Any shortfall will then be deducted from the siblings’ PSEA.

The form is to be completed by:

  • the account holder (the student), if he/she is 21 years old or above; OR
  • the parent, if the account holder (the student) is below 21 years old.

Usage of siblings’ PSEA would require the following:

  • Parent’s authorisation if sibling is below 21 years old; or
  • Sibling’s authorisation if sibling’s age is 21 years old or above.

IMPORTANT:
For usage of sibling’s PSEA, please ensure that the email address of the parent/sibling is correct for him/her to receive the authorisation request. Parent/Sibling has up to 7 calendar days to authorise request for the use of siblings’ PSEA. If any of the required authorisation is not given within 7 calendar days upon submitting the application, the entire application will automatically be rejected and student will be required to submit a fresh application.

The GPA serves as a protection against accidental death or permanent disablement, and medical expenses incurred due to accidental injury that happened in Singapore. The GHS plan covers hospitalisation in Singapore government hospitals and restructured hospitals.

Please note that the NAFA’s medical insurance scheme will cover students who have received the ICA Student’s Pass, with effect from the programme commencement date. All incoming international students are required to purchase travel insurance to cover the period of your arrival in Singapore until the programme commencement.
