Zulkifli Bin Osman is Head of the Information Technology Office at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore. He provides strategic leadership in harnessing technology to support the Academy’s academic, creative, and operational goals.
Since joining NAFA in 1999, Zulkifli has led numerous initiatives that have transformed the way technology supports teaching, learning, administration, and decision-making across the Academy. His work spans enterprise systems, digital services, cybersecurity, data analytics, and the adoption of emerging technologies, strengthening operational effectiveness and enhancing the experience of students and staff.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London and brings more than 30 years of professional experience across the education, technology, and engineering sectors.
