Yong Lye Yong is Vice President (Corporate Services) at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, overseeing institutional portfolios including finance, human resources, IT, estates, marketing and communications, and organisational operations. He brings extensive experience in corporate strategy, governance and operational leadership across the private and social sectors.
His career spans senior roles in global enterprises such as Hewlett‑Packard and Singapore Airlines, as well as leadership positions in large‑scale social enterprises including NTUC First Campus and the FairPrice Group, where he led transformation, corporate development and business excellence initiatives.
Lye Yong also contributes actively to the social sector as Vice Chairperson of the Autism Association (Singapore) and a Board Member of Autism Resource Centre (Singapore), supporting the long‑term sustainability and impact of autism services.
