Norvin Teo serves as Head of Career Services and Head of Industry & Internships, at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, bringing over 15 years of experience in career development, industry engagement, and student employability initiatives.
In his role, Norvin oversees academy-wide career development and internship programmes that prepare students for successful transitions into the workforce. He leads initiatives including career fairs, employability bootcamps, workshops, portfolio reviews, and Industry-Based Learning (IBL) programmes, working closely with faculty and industry partners, to strengthen students’ career readiness and expand meaningful experiential learning opportunities.
Passionate about bridging education and industry, Norvin is committed to building strong employer partnerships and creating pathways that equip students with the professional competencies, real-world experience and networks needed for long-term career success.
