Xavier Tan TingXuan is Head of the Estate Management Office at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, where he leads the planning, development, and management of campus infrastructure to support the institution’s evolving academic and creative needs. He plays a key role in enhancing the Academy’s physical environment, including major rejuvenation efforts across Campuses 1, 2 and 3, as well as the integration of spaces connected to the Bencoolen MRT precinct.
Xavier is known for driving projects that balance operational excellence with user experience. His work includes strengthening asset management frameworks, guiding complex procurement and contract strategies, and navigating regulatory approvals across agencies. He has also championed initiatives that bring students into the design process, including pilot projects in biophilic and experiential campus spaces, reflecting his belief in learning through real-world application.
Prior to his current role, Xavier built his expertise across facilities management and project delivery. He is committed to delivering resilient, well-designed environments that enable high-quality teaching, learning and campus life.
