Sabrina Long is Dean of the Faculty of Art & Design and Principal of the School of Young Talents at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore. She oversees the Faculty's degree, diploma and certificate programmes across 3D Design, Design & Media, Fashion Studies and Fine Art.

Prior to her current appointments, Sabrina led the 3D Design programme for 10 years, expanding its three-dimensional and spatial design disciplines while championing double-major learning and industry-based practice. Under her leadership, students and alumni received awards at major competitions, including the Red Dot Concept Award, Design Quest (USA), the IAI Awards (China) and the Furniture Design Awards (Singapore).

Sabrina holds a Master of Education and her research focuses on improving student learning and assessment in design education aligned with industry practice. Before joining NAFA, she worked in Hong Kong and Singapore, specialising in kitchen systems and furniture design. She has contributed to design publications and journals, served on the URA Conservation Review Committee, and been a jury member for competitions including the Design & Technology Awards for MOE schools.
