Jessica Ong is Head of the Advancement Office at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore. In this role, she oversees NAFA’s fundraising portfolio, donor relations and advancement strategies, working closely with NAFA Board, senior management and external partners to support the Academy’s long-term development.
Since joining NAFA in 2011, Jessica has successfully led major fundraising initiatives, donor engagement programmes and strategic partnerships that support student access, talent development and institutional priorities.
Jessica brings a diverse background spanning corporate philanthropy, human resources, and community impact. She gained extensive experience in stakeholder relations and engagement through key roles at the Community Chest, Microsoft, Grand Hyatt, and Royal Plaza on Scotts. Today, she applies these skills to raise vital support for students pursuing their arts education and to build a culture of sustained giving at NAFA.
