Charlene Ganesan Lim is Head of Human Resources at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, where she leads the Academy’s people strategies in support of organisational excellence and staff development. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in human resources across the education, hospitality, tourism and manufacturing sectors.
Throughout her career, Charlene has held roles with organisations including the Singapore Tourism Board, Showa Denko, Hilton and Marriott Hotels. Her expertise spans talent management, strategic workforce planning, and recruitment, with a strong focus on aligning people strategies with organisational goals and fostering high-performance workplace cultures.
Charlene holds a Master of Human Capital Management from Singapore Management University. She remains committed to building an inclusive and supportive workplace where people can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the Academy’s mission.
