NAFA is pleased to partner the Japan Creative Centre of the Embassy of Japan to co-organise Japanese Design Today 100, a touring exhibition by the Japan Foundation that showcases Japanese product design, through 100 objects that embody the essence of Japanese culture. The products featured in this exhibition range from furniture and fixtures, tableware to fashion, stationery and transportation, covering distinctive historical post-war designs to contemporary items and designs created in the last 6 years.
This exhibition celebrates 50 years of Singapore-Japan diplomatic relations.
