Shanshan is currently an Associate Lecturer with Republic Polytechnic, and she is thrilled to be joining Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). She graduated with a First-Class Honours from LASALLE College of the Arts, Technical Theatre Arts Programme before she pursued her Masters in Creative Producing at London’s The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Shanshan was a full-time Production Manager with the Singapore Repertory Theatre, helming productions such as The Little Company’s productions (Chicken Little, Charlotte’s Web, The Three Little Pigs, Goldilocks and The Three Bears, Cat In The Hat), Shakespeare in the Park (Julius Caesar, Romeo & Juliet, The Tempest), and other mainstage productions (Forbidden City – Portrait of an Empress, Constellations).

As a freelance Production & Stage Manager, she has worked with Wild Rice, Singapore Lyric Opera, The Necessary Stage, Cake Theatrical Productions. She also managed festivals including T.H.E Dance Company’s Contact 2012 & 2011, and Drama Box’s SCENES: Singapore’s Chinese Language Theatre (2010) & Blanc Space: New Play Season (2009).
