Prior to her role as Programme Leader in 3D Design, Hye Young practised in the Landscape Architecture industry for many years. Her fresh approach in design and urban aesthetic was highly recognised by the company, which enabled her to participate in numerous notable projects in Singapore and overseas. With her industry experience, Hye Young has brought a sustainable design perspective to the course and building unique design practices that tackle on diverse urban issues of today.
Diploma in Design (Landscape and Architecture) students have been actively engaged in the relevant industry organisation. Students have showcased several plant displays at Hort show and garden festivals organised by Nparks and received recognition through winning SILA and LIAS student awards in the Diploma categories.
