Led by a panel of speakers comprising violinist Chan Yoong Han, pianist Nicholas Loh, as well as Lim Yau (Dean) and Zechariah Goh (Head of Composition) from the NAFA School of Music, this talk explores the background of Niccolò Paganini's Caprice No. 24, its transformative journey, and compositional influence on his contemporaries and modern-day composers. The talk will be complemented by performances of Caprice No. 24 as well as works related to it.
