In 2026, we marked another meaningful chapter of NAFA Giving Month, an annual fundraising campaign that brings together our community in support of students pursuing an education in the arts.
This year, we set out with the goal of funding 19 Merit Awards for diploma and degree students in financial need. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors and supporters, we are proud to share that we have surpassed this target.
A total of 21 Merit Awards will now be awarded, extending support to more students and providing them with greater financial stability as they continue their academic and artistic journeys.
Every contribution, regardless of size, has played a part in making this possible. This is what we can achieve together as a community, believing in the value of arts education and the potential of young talent.
As a token of appreciation, eligible donors received a commemorative ‘Wearable Art Series’ pin, adapted from Tay Bak Chiang’s 叱咤风云 (Command the Clouds, Ride the Winds, 2024): a symbol of blessings, aspiration, and the shared hope for a fulfilling future.
