Creating Audio Podcast for Digital Media Platform

This course aims to equip learners with audio creation skills to produce a podcast. Learners will be using the Adobe Audition software to learn about sound design components. In addition, they will be introduced to audio recording practices and mixing techniques integration to create an audio podcast for the digital media platform. This course is recommended for digital content creators, entrepreneurs, and beginners who wish to apply audio technology, using podcast medium as a creative tool for social media and enterprises.

Course Content:

• Introduction to audio technology and sound production in digital media.
• Introduction to Adobe Audition software application.
• Understand audio terminologies and equipment used for a podcast production workflow.
• Learn the best practices for audio podcast formats, digital file types and files sharing.
• Apply audio elements and parameters using Adobe Audition to create sound design for podcast production.
• Develop and create engaging audio content for the digital media platform.

At the end of this module, learners will be able to:

• Demonstrate an understanding of audio technology and the workflow of sound production in digital media.
• Apply Adobe Audition software with practical techniques and audio parameters to create an audio podcast.
• Plan and design engaging audio content format to enhance the user listening experience.

A digital certificate will be issued upon successful course completion, which requires a minimum attendance rate of 75%.
