These skills will be articulated into self-directed creation as they generate material for performance. In addition to formal instruction, students will also be exposed to Southeast Asian arts and culture through digital means. The module will culminate in a performance, in which students will present the skills they have acquired. In addition, students will learn to appreciate the various connections between several performing arts cultures in Southeast Asia and how they inform and inspire contemporary practice. |
