Spending 5 years with GT Communications as a Multimedia/3D Artist and Project Manager, he has gained valuable experiences with major clients such as Ministry of Defence, Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Health, Land Transport Authority and Housing Development Board.
He discovered his passion for teaching after taking a break from the industry and has continued to pursue this path as a full-time training consultant. He has taught at numerous schools in Singapore, ranging from upper primary, secondary and tertiary to professional teachers from Ministry of Education’s Staff Training Branch.
Jaymen’s passion is not only in animation techniques such as classical, stop-motion and 3D animation but most primarily, how it can be optimised as an expression - a living, animated art form. His strength and utmost passion is to guide animation students to effectively use animation to create the illusion of life!
Jaymen has been involved with multimedia design projects since 1993. His clients include Ministry of Defence, Defence Technology Group and Land Transport Authority. His largest collective joint projects were with the Singapore Discovery Centre, where he was contributing as a 3-D Designer and Project Manager.
