Neil holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and is a Fellow of the ACCA. Additionally, he was conferred Summa Cum Laude distinction in his Masters of Arts (Theology) from Holy Apostles College and Seminary, USA.  Neil is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) approved by the American Board of NLP, USA and is occasionally a lead facilitator in faith-related programmes in church organisations. He is an avid guitar player who delights in theatrical plays.

Prior to joining NAFA, Neil has a decade of industry experience with multinational organisations, having held several regional level positions related to accounting, cost management, business performance analysis, and internal auditing.  Moreover, he has several years of experience in conducting training related to business management, communication, accounting and auditing programmes for overseas universities and ACCA. In addition to successfully coaching local and international full-time students, he was also a programme leader for a few university programmes offered by private educational institutes in Singapore.
