The AMP Education Bursary offers monetary assistance to diploma and degree students from low-income families. The bursary award seeks to recognise the recipients' academic achievements, lessen their financial load and be a source of motivation for them to strive harder in their education.

Criteria

  • Applicant must be a Singapore citizen
  • Gross monthly household income not exceeding $3,500 or Per-Capita Income not exceeding $700 per month

Grant Quantum

  • Diploma: $500 each
  • Degree: $1,000 each

Our scholarship holders may come from different fields of design, but they share one uncommon trait - they are game changers and aspire to contribute to Singapore and the design sector. We are on the lookout for talented individuals with creative flair, the drive to push boundaries, and a heart to serve Singapore.

The scholarship is for students who are pursuing a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate design-related degree at a reputable local or overseas institution.

Grant Quantum

The DesignSingapore Scholarship covers full tuition and compulsory fees for the course of study. The scholarship also provides annual living allowance, pre-studies allowance, developmental course allowance and travel allowance.

The LBKM Bursary provides financial assistance to needy students with family Per-Capita-Income (PCI) not exceeding $1,800.

Criteria

  • Singapore citizen, or either parent is a Singapore citizen (below 21 years old).
  • Must have passed the previous year’s / semester’s examinations. (For 1st year students, please provide N-level / O-level / ITE results / Madrasah year-end results)

  • Applicants must NOT be concurrently holding any other institution-administered or organisation bursaries / scholarships.

The Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship was set up in 1991 by the Tanjong Pagar Citizens’ Consultative Committee with funding from the public to commemorate the contributions made by the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew to Singapore. It marks Singapore's continuous effort to recognise outstanding Singaporeans with the aptitude and desire to contribute to our society. Being a highly competitive top-tier postgraduate scholarship, only 59 scholarships have been awarded in total since its inception.

Criteria

  • Applicants, who must be Singapore citizens, will be assessed holistically. This includes their academic achievements and track record of leadership and service (e.g. volunteer work, social enterprise, contributions to cultural, scientific and/or academic communities etc.) within or beyond their profession.
  • Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship recipients can pursue postgraduate studies overseas or locally to develop their potential as leaders in their respective fields. There are no restrictions on the course of study.

Grant Quantum
This scholarship does not carry any bond. Scholarship recipients will receive a one-off sum of S$10,000 and an annual allowance of:

  1. S$50,000 for private sector awardees; or
  2. S$10,000 for public sector awardees, if they are concurrently sponsored by their agencies

Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) invites applications for the MTFA Founders’ Scholarship & MTFA Bursary for Muslim students who are pursuing full-time studies in institutes of higher learning. MTFA hopes to engage successful candidates throughout their course of study to motivate them to take the lead in serving the needs of the Muslim community, and to nurture in the recipients a spirit of volunteerism and charity as exemplified by the founders of MTFA.

Bursary

  • Muslim Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident who is pursuing a full -time post-secondary education in institutes of higher learning (Diploma and Degree)
  • Gross Monthly Household Income (GHI) ≤ $4,000 and Per Capita Income (PCI) not exceeding $400

The NAC Arts Scholarship (Postgraduate) recognises outstanding arts practitioners and professionals with a vision to lead and advance the development of their practice in the fields of performing arts, visual arts, literary arts, technical arts design and production, or arts management in Singapore. The postgraduate scholarship supports the deepening of knowledge and skills of practicing artists and professionals who seek to assume a bigger role in their artistic or professional career and bring about positive changes in the arts and cultural sector in Singapore.

The Sivadas-HEB Education Fund provides financial assistance to Hindu students from low-income families who are pursuing tertiary education. NAFA students who meet the criteria can apply for a Tuition Subsidy/Education Grant to meet part of the tuition fee costs.

Criteria

  • Students pursuing a course leading to a first diploma or a first degree at NAFA
  • Must be Singapore citizens or permanent residents
  • Must be Hindus
  • Monthly household per capita income must not exceed S$1,900

Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an interview.

Grant Quantum

The Tuition Subsidy will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the yearly tuition fee subject to a maximum of $5,000 per year, according to the year of study or any other amount as determined by the Sivadas-HEB Education Fund Committee.

The Education Grant is a one-time award, up to a maximum of $1,500.
