To facilitate and support the nurturing and development of Singapore artistic talents through arts programmes and arts training programmes and activities to enhance their contribution to the cultural vibrancy of Singapore

• To advance the cause of arts education through supporting arts training institutions and arts education programmes

• To nurture the artistic talents of Singapore through arts training to achieve excellence in their chosen fields of the arts

• To develop a culturally vibrant Singapore through cooperating with other arts institutions and agencies in supporting the promotion of arts programmes and activities
