The 2012 Chinese Instruments Graded Exam will be conducted from Saturday 24 November 2012 to Thursday 29 November 2012. There will be no High Scorers' Concert this year. This is to minimise a clash with the National Chinese Music competition which will be held from 28 November 2012 to 09 December 2012.
For candidates who are participating in the graded exam as well as the music competition, priority shall be given to them to have their exam before 28 November 2012. To facilitate this arrangement, upon submission of your graded exam application form, please provide any of the following:
For instruments with the least number of candidates, eg. Dizi and Suona, their exam date will be scheduled on the first few days of the exam period.
The certificates will be ready for collection at our office between 05 December 2012 and 07 December 2012. Please note that candidates who had registered through their teachers cannot collect the certificate on their own, collection is strictly by the teachers only. For collection after the stipulated period, please contact Michelle at 6512 4168 or Yvonne at 6512 4220 prior to visiting the office.
Office hours: Weekday 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm

- A copy of your music competition receipt; or
- A letter from your teacher verifying your participation in the music competition
