This project aims to guide people who are suffering from depression and anxiety by providing them with tools that they can use in daily life such as grounding and breathing techniques, albeit in a creative way, through the use of art therapy.
Food is a tool for communication. Eating is not merely an act of pleasure, it is crucial in sustaining our very livelihoods. Through this immersive and visually stimulating buffet, the sense of taste is broadened and the mindset of food roles transformed.
As a vehicle for sustaining memories and emotion, the roles of food are challenged through this feast of audio and visual extravaganza. The symbolic consumption of food is reflective of our daily decay of culture and individualism. Eating has to be an intentional act, not an automatic one.
