Sharing session on study trip to Italy

Earlier this year, 18 students from the Diploma in Fine Art and Diploma in Art Teaching participated in a study trip to Italy. In addition to visiting the 57th International Art Exhibition, titled Viva Arte Viva the students had the opportunity to visit various institutions, world class museums, galleries and monumental sites such as St. Peter’s Basilica.

In October 2017, these students shared on their enriching experience, as well as valuable knowledge they had gained during this trip.

This sharing session was one of the monthly Fine Art Network Sessions organised by School of Art and Design. The sessions provide a learning platform that motivates students, not only from the Fine Art programme, but across the different disciplines to network and share their artistic knowledge, learn and exchange authentic experiences with one other.
