Roles and Responsibilities

 
  • Assist the Head (SPU) in developing talent development programmes and projects for Special Projects Unit (SPU).
  • Provide administrative and logistics support for SPU.
    Work closely with the SPU team to oversee projects from inception to completion, including developing, coordinating, and documenting detailed tasks for successful execution.
  • Assist in formulating SPU guidelines, policies, SOPs and related documents.
  • Assist in other duties assigned by the Head (SPU) and Head (PPO).

For Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP) & Special Projects
  • Develop and enhance the experience and smooth implementation of NAFA’s Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP).
  • Provide executive support to ensure the smooth implementation of the Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP).
  • Project manage, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP) and Special Projects.
  • Oversee related processes and documentation.


Requirements

 
  • Minimum qualification of Diploma in a related discipline with 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Positive, enthusiastic, resourceful and takes the initiative to drive results
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with good planning and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for working with youths and must have an interest in the arts
