Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver school’s curriculum to help foster holistic learning and development
- Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and maintenance of a tidy and well-organized classroom
- Support the development and implementation of new teaching and learning approaches and resources
- Communicate effectively and establish good rapport with children
- Build positive links with parents of children in their care to meet the latter’s development needs
- Conduct observations for the children and promote good moral values among children
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a pre-school environment
- Enthusiasm and passion in nurturing and engaging children in their learning and growth
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multi-tasking and organisational skills
