Gavin has amassed a wide range of professional experience including managing human resource, organising leadership training programmes, providing customer service, working in sales and marketing, and being a theatre practitioner and educator.
It was his strong passion for Theatre that led him to wear many hats in the industry, acting as producer, director, performer, writer and dramaturg.
Since 2008, Gavin has been lecturing at Republic Polytechnic, first as an adjunct and later as a full-time staff. He has taught arts management, critical thinking, the art of story and creativity, theatre history and theatre production. As a full-time lecturer at the School of Technology for the Arts, Republic Polytechnic, he was also involved in developing various academic modules, coordinating internship for arts management students and organising their annual Graduation Showcase.
