White Space provides a platform for collaboration and discussion of new ideas. The working concept revolves around practice and research, and the presentation of processes through such. Working with researchers, practicing artists and Southeast Asian partners at home and regionally, White Space offers a space for creative experimentation and critical evolution. This upcoming edition features works in progress as well as works with research notations by three young and emerging artists who graduated from NAFA and NTU’s School of Art, Design and Media. A selection of art objects, video and photography works showcase the artists’ inspirations and creative endeavours to highlight how concepts critically influence the method of making.
