Workshops, Talks and Activities: 21 & 22 June, Various Timings
Exhibition: 21 June – 6 July, 12-7pm

The Singapore Children’s Book Festival (SCBF) returns for its second year from 20 to 22 June 2025 at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), Campus 2, with an exciting line-up of workshops, engaging panel discussions, two new book launches, and fun creative experiences for young readers and their families. Held in celebration of SG60, this year’s festival pays tribute to Singapore’s pioneer illustrators, Mr. Idris Mohamed Ali and the late Madam Kwan Shan Mei, while championing the next generation of storytellers and illustrators. The workshops, talks and activities are through 22 June, while the children’s book illustrator exhibition will be happening daily from 21 June to 6 July from 12 to 7pm.

Organised by the Singapore Book Publishers Association (SBPA) and NAFA, University of the Arts Singapore (UAS), this year’s edition shines a spotlight on local voices and heritage, promoting children’s books by Singaporean authors and illustrators that reflect the rich multicultural tapestry of the nation.
