Female composers of Western classical music have long been neglected and denied the same opportunities and recognition which their male counterparts have been receving. In this concert, Voice students from the NAFA School of Music collaborate with Year 3 Keyboard students to perform compositions by outstanding female composers such as Amy Beach, Fanny Cäcilie Mendelssohn, Clara Schumann, Cécile Louise Stéphanie Chaminade and Lili Boulanger.
