Yogic Arts for Self-Care
(8 sessions x 3 hours)Discover the transformative power of yogic arts in this course designed to boost self-compassion and inner balance. Through guided practices, learners will build physical strength and mobility with yoga asanas based on the 7 chakras, sun salutation, and yoga nidra. They will explore diverse yogic breathwork for relaxation, energy restoration, and stress management, including the dynamic flow of movement and breath for mind-body connection. Culminating in creating a personalized yoga routine, learners will develop a sustainable self-care practice for long-term growth. This course is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Learning Outcomes:At the end of this workshop, learners will be able to:
- Build physical strength and mobility with yoga asanas.
- Practice breathing techniques for relaxation.
- Strengthen the connection between mind and body through mindful movement.
- Develop a yoga flow routine for long-term self-care and personal growth.
A digital certificate will be issued upon successful course completion, which requires a minimum attendance rate of 75%.
