Request for Re-print of Diploma Certificate
If you have lost or damaged your original transcripts or certificate, you can request for a re-print/certified true copy of your transcripts/certificate.
However, degree graduates whose transcripts and certificate are issued by our partner universities, please approach the respective university directly if you wish to have a re-print of your transcripts or certificate.
How to Request
You may write to the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) via [email protected] and expect a reply within 3 working days. The operating hours are from 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays).
Please provide the following information when you write to OSA so that we can identify you and retrieve your records:
- Full name
- NAFA student number or Date of Birth
- NAFA course
- Your study status at NAFA
- Date graduated/date left
- Your request
Charges and Processing Time
Reprint/certified true copies of transcripts are chargeable according to the type of request preferred. Charges listed below exclude postage charges.

|Reprint transcript: Urgent Request
||S$16 per copy
||Ready for collection on next working day upon receipt of payment
||S$80 (only one copy allowed)
||Ready for collection on the 4th working day upon receipt of payment
We will advise you on the total amount payable and mode of payment once we have received your request via email.
Please note that we do not send transcripts and certificates to you via email as they contain your personal and confidential information.
Self-collection or Collection by proxy
Collection will be at the Office of Student Affairs on weekdays, Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays), 9am to 5pm. Please bring along your NRIC/passport for verification. You may authorise someone else to collect on your behalf if you are unable to do so personally. Collection by a third party must be accompanied with an authorisation letter.
Prepared documents not collected within 2 months will be discarded and you will have to submit a new request with payment if you still require the re-prints.

A tracking number for the registered mail will be provided once confirmed.
