  • For my internship, I was attached to CPG Consultants which lasted from May to July 2015. Being placed in a team of five, I was given the chance to assist the architects in the area of construction drawings, assisting in client presentations, coordination of meetings and the design aspect of local and overseas project. My supervisors brought me to meetings whenever they could and we often find ourselves racking our brains for ideas together. I was eventually awarded a distinction for this internship module and gained valuable experience from all my colleagues at CPG Consultants.
  • In August 2015, I was selected to be part of the Mid-Autumn Lantern Festival 2015 design team organised by the People’s Association. I participated in the planning, coordination and design of an estimated 7000 lanterns which includes a 12 by 6 metre centerpiece that were placed around Chinatown. That centerpiece was also my first 1:1 model ever built to scale successfully. Our design team was also featured on national news for this project. Attached in my portfolio is a news article, featuring my interview with the media.
  • During the third year of my NAFA studies, I was awarded the MOE bursary and an educational scholarship by Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho.
