ANTI-SMOKING CAMPAIGN 2019
Organised by the Singapore Cancer Society (SCS), this competition encouraged full-time
diploma and Nitec/Higher Nitec students to develop persuasive anti-smoking campaigns.
Two of Design and Media’s Diploma in Advertising students, Natasha Benedicta and
Steffi Lee Jia Sin, were awarded second place after their successful campaign proposal
pitch against other higher education institutes in January at the SCS Rehabilitation Centre.

of Accredited Advertising
Agents Singapore (4As),
has been the benchmark for
creative excellence in students.
It presents an opportunity for
emerging young creatives from
local, regional and international
tertiary institutions to showcase
their best works. Across more
than 10 categories, NAFA’s
Design and Media students
claimed seven Silver and 13
Bronze awards. Eight works
were also named finalists.
The awards ceremony was
held on 1 November at The Loft
@ Imaginarium.
