showcase presented by the Dance
programme, highlighted our commitment to
producing world-class performance artists.
Our versatile and talented Dance students
were featured in choreographies by our
international dance faculty including La-in
by Dr Filomar Tariao (Philippines);
Me, Myself and My Kilfie by Dr Siri Rama
(India); and In-between, Around the Bend
by Liu Wen-Chun (Taiwan). The showcase
also highlighted selected choreographies by
graduating students, such as Sewol by
Hyun Jeongeui (Korea); Her Voice by
Lee Wan Yu (Singapore); and Saturday’s
Child by Sakulrattansak Pornanong
(Thailand).

Dancers @ Work
The Next
An informal performing and producing platform for NAFA’s Dance students,
Dancers @ Work enables them to explore their creativity by showcasing their Generation at da:ns
works-in-progress. It is an opportunity for future dance artists to perform and share
their talent and versatility with audiences. NAFA’s Diploma in Dance is distinct in festival 2017
the Southeast Asian region as one of the few conservatory-style courses with a
contemporary outlook.
