                                                                                                               conservation by performing multiple ecosystem services:

                                                                                                               biodiversity net gain, increased greenery percentage, and

                                                                                                               enhanced seagrass & rocky shore habitat resilience. All is

                                                                                                               executed with minimal nature disturbance.

                                                                                                               Encounter includes coastal boardwalks with height

                                                                                                               alternation across water and across land, rest and picnic

                                                                                                               spots with various seating choices, a site-responsive bird

                                                                                                               hide, a bioretention pond, and bioswale. Water Sensitive

                                                                                                               Urban Design tools are implemented not only to improve


                                                                                                               seagrass resilience, but also to manage site’s stormwater.

                                                                                                               The design creates, restores and connects natural habitats

                                                                                                               and biodiversity.
