I have also traced back the history of tattoo in Japan to
get inspiration for prints idea. This influence from the past
and history enriches my collection. The collection will be
more meaningful than just a showcase of bright colours
on textile. Taking in different material like soft fabric, cotton
based and satin-like texture fabric, I want to create a feel
of hardness mix in the softness of fabric to interpret of the
process of tattooing. The use of multiple needles to inking
into the surface of the delicate skin. The use of methods like
bonding and laser-cutting can help me achieved that effect.
The comfortable feel of fabric with the uncomfortableness
of the texture. The unproportionate outcome can also be
interpreted as the organic design of the tattoo. The use of
