Collection of Certificates and Transcripts

Your Certificate (and Transcript for music degree graduands only) is ready for collection from the Office of Student Services from 6 – 10 July 2026, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

However, graduands with outstanding fees or overdue Library loans/fines can collect their graduation documents only after they have cleared their dues.

Graduands are advised to adhere to the collection schedule.

If you are unable to make it on these dates, you may collect your graduation documents from us from 13 July – 31 July 2026 (collection on weekdays only, from 9.00am – 5.00pm).

Please note that the Office of Student Services is temporarily located at NAFA Library, Wing A, Level 6 and will be re-located back to NAFA Campus 1, Wing A, Level 2 from 20 July 2026 onwards.

Registration of Attendance and Rental of Academic Gown

All graduands who are attending the University of the Arts Singapore, LASALLE and NAFA Commencement and University of the Arts Singapore, NAFA Convocation ceremonies must register their attendance and rent the academic gown from the appointed academic gown management services provider. Your registration of attendance for the ceremonies will be confirmed once you complete the booking of the academic gown. Graduands without the academic gown will not be allowed to participate in the ceremonies.

Kindly register your attendance and place your academic gown order online with the appointed academic gown management services provider, Creative District, via the QR code below from 20 June – 12 July 2026. Please key in the verification code: uasnafa2026 to proceed with the gown order.

You will receive an auto-generated email once the form has been successfully submitted. If you do not receive confirmation immediately, please check your junk and spam folders first. If the message is still not there, please contact Creative District promptly via WhatsApp text or email.

The rental fee and refundable security deposit are as follows:

The rental fee and refundable security deposit are to be made to Creative District during the academic gown collection. The preferred mode of payment is cash. For transactions made using NETS or credit card, there will be an additional charge of S$5.00 per transaction.

Important Note:

We regret that you will not be allowed to attend the ceremony if you did not register online to rent the academic gown and confirm your attendance by 12 July 2026.

For graduands who wish to rent or purchase an academic gown, please do so exclusively through Creative District. Please note that purchased gowns require a minimum of 2–3 weeks after the ceremony to be prepared.

Guest Invitation

Each graduand will be issued with TWO guest tickets during the academic gown collection at Creative District.

We regret that infants in arms and children below the age of 7 will NOT BE ALLOWED to attend the ceremony.

Please be advised that your guests are to be formally dressed for the ceremonies. Guests will be ushered for seating at Singapore EXPO at the following times (admission by tickets only):

Part 1: University of the Arts Singapore, LASALLE and NAFA Commencement
Singapore EXPO, Level 1, Hall 1
11.00am – 12.00pm

Part 2: University of the Arts Singapore, NAFA Convocation
Singapore EXPO, Level 2, Garnet Room
2.30pm – 4.00pm

Collection of Academic Gown

Please note that all graduands are required to make an online appointment for the academic gown collection no later than 12 July 2026 when submitting the academic gown order form.

Note: Do collect your gowns early to avoid large crowds on the last few days of the collection period, as walk-ins are not allowed and collection is strictly by appointment only.

In-person collection

In-person collection of gowns is highly encouraged for graduands to ensure a better fit. Any sizing inaccuracies can be rectified at the studio. However, please note that if someone collects the gown on behalf of the graduand and sizing adjustments are required, an additional charge of S$20 will apply for the dry cleaning and sanitisation of the collected gown.

Please be reminded that you must collect your Guest Admission Tickets when you collect your academic gown from Creative District.

Attire Guidelines for Graduands

As the ceremonies are formal occasions, all graduands are required to be appropriately attired in accordance with the following guidelines:

For male graduands:

• Long-sleeves shirt with tie and long pants
• Covered shoes with socks

National servicemen are expected to change into the recommended attire as above. It is important that the academic gown should not be worn over the army uniform.

For female graduands:

• Shirt/ Blouse, with skirt/ long pants or a dress
• Shoes of appropriate height

Graduands who are inappropriately dressed will not be allowed to attend the ceremony. The following are examples of unacceptable attire:

• Gym wear, tank top/ singlet, T-shirts, Jeans, Shorts, Bermudas
• Sandals, slippers

Graduands are reminded not to hold their mobile phone in their hand or leave on the seats while moving up on stage. It is recommended that the mobile phone be kept in their pockets or mobile phone pouch/bag under the academic gown.
