If you are unable to make it on these dates, you may collect your graduation documents from us from 13 July – 31 July 2026 (collection on weekdays only, from 9.00am – 5.00pm).
Please note that the Office of Student Services is temporarily located at NAFA Library, Wing A, Level 6 and will be re-located back to NAFA Campus 1, Wing A, Level 2 from 20 July 2026 onwards.

- For diploma, UAS undergraduate and postgraduate graduands, please note that NAFA is not able to issue a replacement certificate if you have lost or did not receive your Diploma/UAS Degree Certificate.

Registration of Attendance and Rental of Academic Gown
All graduands who are attending the University of the Arts Singapore, LASALLE and NAFA Commencement and University of the Arts Singapore, NAFA Convocation ceremonies must register their attendance and rent the academic gown from the appointed academic gown management services provider. Your registration of attendance for the ceremonies will be confirmed once you complete the booking of the academic gown. Graduands without the academic gown will not be allowed to participate in the ceremonies.

Attire Guidelines for Graduands
As the ceremonies are formal occasions, all graduands are required to be appropriately attired in accordance with the following guidelines:
For male graduands:
- Long-sleeves shirt with tie and long pants
- Covered shoes with socks
National servicemen are expected to change into the recommended attire as above. It is important that the academic gown should not be worn over the army uniform.
For female graduands:
- Shirt/ Blouse, with skirt/ long pants or a dress
- Shoes of appropriate height
Graduands who are inappropriately dressed will not be allowed to attend the ceremony. The following are examples of unacceptable attire:
- Gym wear, tank top/ singlet, T-shirts, Jeans, Shorts, Bermudas
- Sandals, slippers
Graduands are reminded not to hold their mobile phone in their hand or leave on the seats while moving up on stage. It is recommended that the mobile phone be kept in their pockets or mobile phone pouch/bag under the academic gown.

In-person collection
In-person collection of gowns is highly encouraged for graduands to ensure a better fit. Any sizing inaccuracies can be rectified at the studio. However, please note that if someone collects the gown on behalf of the graduand and sizing adjustments are required, an additional charge of S$20 will apply for the dry cleaning and sanitisation of the collected gown.
