Registration of Attendance and Rental of Academic Gown
All graduands who are attending the Convocation ceremony must register their
attendance and rent the academic gown from the appointed academic gown
management services provider, Serangoon Broadway. (Note: Your registration
of attendance for the convocation ceremony will be confirmed once you
complete the booking of the academic gown)
Graduands without the academic gown will not be allowed to participate in
the ceremony. Kindly register your attendance and place your academic gown
order online at the Serangoon Broadway website at

The rental fee and refundable security deposit are as follows:

The rental fee and refundable security deposit are to be made to Serangoon
Broadway during the academic gown collection. The preferred mode of payment
is cash and NETS.

Important Note:
We regret that you will not be allowed to attend the ceremony if you did not
register online to rent the academic gown and confirm your attendance by
12 July 2026.
Guest Invitation
Each graduand will be issued with TWO guest tickets during
the academic gown collection at Serangoon Broadway.
We regret that infants in arms and children below the age of 7 will
NOT BE ALLOWED to attend the ceremony.
Please be advised that your guests are to be formally dressed for the
ceremony. Guests will be ushered for seating in the Lee Foundation Theatre
at the following times (admission by tickets only):

Collection of Academic Gown
Please note that all graduands are required to make an appointment online
for the academic gown collection no later than
12 July 2026.
Graduands may choose to make an appointment for the academic gown collection
immediately after the submission of the academic gown order form
OR at any other convenient time by logging into the
Serangoon Broadway portal at
https://www.serangoonbroadway.com/
with the ceremony code SBNAFA0308.

Please be reminded that you must collect your Graduate Admission Card and
Guest Admission Tickets when you collect your academic gown from Serangoon
Broadway. It is important to bring along the Graduate Admission Card for
the ceremony.
Attire Guidelines for Graduands
As the Convocation is a formal occasion, all graduands are required to be
appropriately attired in accordance with the following guidelines:
For male graduands:
- Long-sleeves shirt with tie and long pants
- Covered shoes with socks
National servicemen are expected to change into the recommended attire as
above. It is important that the academic gown should not be worn over the
army uniform.
For female graduands:
- Shirt/ Blouse, with skirt/ long pants or a dress
- Shoes of appropriate height
Graduands who are inappropriately dressed will not be allowed to attend the
ceremony. The following are examples of unacceptable attire:
- Gym wear, tank top/ singlet, T-shirts, Jeans, Shorts, Bermudas
- Sandals, slippers
Graduands are reminded not to hold their mobile phone in their hand or leave
on the seats while moving up on stage to receive the Diploma. It is
recommended that the mobile phone be kept in their pockets or mobile phone
pouch/bag under the academic gown.
