 SKILLSFUTURE CREDIT  MOE BURSARY AND CDC/CCC BURSARY SCHEME


 From January 2016, all Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above will receive an initial S$500 SkillsFuture Credit from   Singaporeans who are pursuing full-time diploma courses or the Bachelor of Music (Hons) course and are eligible
 the Government to pay for the course fees for attending work/skills-related courses. All NAFA diploma and degree   for the MOE Tuition Grant, may apply for the MOE Bursary and CDC/CCC Bursary Scheme.

 The Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS) scheme is an education subsidy for Malay students, which covers their course
 fees at tertiary institutions.  PCI S$690 and below, or    CDC/CCC Bursary (Tier 1)   CDC/CCC Bursary (Tier 1)
                   GHI S$2,750 and below           of S$2,350                of S$4,000
 Malay Singaporeans and SPRs who are pursuing full-time diploma courses or the Bachelor of Music (Hons) course,
 and are eligible for MOE Tuition Grant can apply for this scheme.  PCI S$691 to S$1,000, or   CDC/CCC Bursary (Tier 2)   CDC/CCC Bursary (Tier 2)

 The per capita monthly household income will determine the amount of the subsidy that the student is eligible for.    GHI S$2,751 to S$4,000   of S$2,150   of S$3,750
 The income criteria is based on a three-tier system where students who come from households with per capita
 monthly household income of below S$2,000 will be eligible for the following TTFS subsidies:  PCI S$1,001 to S$1,725, or   MOE Bursary (Tier 1)   MOE Bursary (Tier 1)
                   GHI S$4,001 to S$6,900          of S$1,650                of S$2,700

                  Note:
 S$1,401 - S$1,700    75%  1  Gross Household Income (GHI) refers to the total gross monthly income of immediate family members, and non-immediate family members
                    living in the same household. Per-capita income (PCI) refers to gross household income (GHI) divided by number of immediate family
 S$1,701 - S$2,000    50%  members, and non-immediate family members living in the same household.
                  2  Students only need to meet one of the income assessment criteria (either PCI or GHI) to qualify for the bursary
 Note:            3  If a student meets both the GHI and PCI assessment criteria, the bursary that accords the higher provision will be awarded to the student.
 Computation of per-capita income = Total monthly gross income of family / Total number of family members  4  Students receiving the bursary may concurrently hold additional bursaries or scholarships (without monthly/annual living allowance)

 Students may also check with the Student Admissions Office on the criteria and application details of the above government financial scheme.  5  The bursary is tenable on a yearly basis.
                  6  Students may apply the MOE Bursary and CDC/ CCC Bursary in the same application submitted for the NAFA’s in-house Scholarships,
                    Merit Awards and Bursaries. Refer to www.nafa.edu.sg/scholarships for application details.
                  7  Students who missed the first application period (refer para 6) may still apply for subsequent rounds of MOE & CDC/CCC bursary
                    applications throughout the year. Details on subsequent rounds of application will be announced on the NAFA Studentnet via Office of
                    Student Affairs.
