The stairs connect the first, 2 second floor's private meeting areas, and continue to third floor's lounge areas.
This space is one of the extroverts area, where the atmosphere is casual and crowded.
A platform for introverted entrepreneurs to make connection with like-minded people without firstly having to make a face to face conversation with strangers.

One of the project’s concept is “observe or be observed”, the form of the library making it unobservable by other areas, yet let its visitors easily observe the areas surrounding them. This makes the 3-storey library a safe haven for the introverted
Not only balconies, the library also has voids on each of its storey, letting visitors to observe the areas below, next to, and opposite the library.
