Biography

Palmer is a multidisciplinary artist based in Singapore. His work deals with the unspectacular mundane notions and conditions of the everyday.

Awarded the 'The Ngee Ann Kongsi Talent Scholarship Award' in his years in NAFA, the 'Most Improved GPA award' (2020/21), and subsequently, through recommendation, the 'NAFA Talent Scholarship Award' (2022/23), Palmer has engaged locally as an artist in Sculpture Society (Singapore) and Tanjong Goodman Art Centre, exhibiting at Ngee Ann Kongsi Galleries (re-THINGing Sculpture in Singapore, Sculpture Society (Singapore) 20th Anniversary Show', 'Flagship Genius featuring Ayutthaya II' (2021), MOE eBook Launch Performance Opening for President Tony Tan, The Singapore Mint (2021), inclusive of joint ventures with local and international group organizations in ISEAA, Hospice Care Association, the Metropolitan YMCA Elderly Care, and represents Vertigo (Seoul, Vancouver, Singapore).
