Nur Tanty Yana (b. 1999) evokes a new perspective on life's natural diversity, that reveal connections on conceptual element and form through her ceramic practices in Nanyang Academy of Fine Art (NAFA). Broadening her exploration on the belief of human psychology and natural phenomenon, the characteristic of her works captures connection through organic and raw material structure. As a young artisan in Singapore, Yana attempts to pursue in Fine Art 3D and determine to strive on a strong reach in finding the potential toward philosophy on human nature and the connection of psychology studies. Her ceramic art exploration are based on the Islamic beliefs of human nature and subconscious matters, with techniques and method in Japanese ceramic culture. Yana's persistence in focusing her creativity on the connection of cultural beliefs and philosophy, allows her to express her characteristic in the natural and subconscious subject of human nature.
