White Space

This project envisioned white space as a time and place for new ideas, an endeavour to engage new collaboration and its possibilities. Heritage and history were explored in drawings and photographs from Laos, and paintings from Thailand on the experiences of journeying through memory and time. The three participating artists, Phonepaseth Keosomsak, Sirintorn Haribhitak and Warapan Wongtongdee from the Master of Arts in Cultural Management Programme, Chulalongkorn University, presented their works to SOAD students during an Artists' Interaction Session on 3 May 2019, where they shared their thoughts and creative processes in artmaking. The session was translated and moderated by Akira Boonpakorn from NAFA’s Fine Art Programme.
