Koval Mykola

Koval Mykola was born in Ukraine in 1970. From 1987 to 1992, he studied the violin at the Kiev State Conservatory in Ukraine. Upon graduation, he played the second violin in the Ukrainian National Symphony String Quartet. In 1994, he played the second violin and was the concert master in the Ukrainian Youth Orchestra. In the following year, he performed solo pieces by Antonio Vivaldi, Arcangelo Corelli and Johann Sebastian Bach in his Holland tour.

In 1998, he was a member of the “Philharmonie der Nationen” Orchestra. During his time with the orchestra, he was the concert master of the second violin and had performed chamber music.

Koval Mykola presently plays the second violin in the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and is a faculty member of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
