Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Junior Dance Department’s academic and administrative functions
  • Monitor and improve the curriculum of existing courses, and develop new courses to meet students’ needs
  • Ensure quality teaching facilities and materials to provide effective and efficient delivery of Junior Dance programmes
  • Undertake minimum 12 teaching hours per week
  • Designated liaison representative to network with industry partners
  • Plan and manage financial resources according to approved budgets
  • Responsible for staff planning and development, including coaching and mentoring staff
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum degree with at least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in education or Dance
  • Able to commit to working on weekends
  • Strong leadership qualities, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with software skills MS Office software, MS TEAMS, etc
  • Good analytical and organisation skills
