Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Junior Dance Department’s academic and administrative functions
- Monitor and improve the curriculum of existing courses, and develop new courses to meet students’ needs
- Ensure quality teaching facilities and materials to provide effective and efficient delivery of Junior Dance programmes
- Undertake minimum 12 teaching hours per week
- Designated liaison representative to network with industry partners
- Plan and manage financial resources according to approved budgets
- Responsible for staff planning and development, including coaching and mentoring staff
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum degree with at least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in education or Dance
- Able to commit to working on weekends
- Strong leadership qualities, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with software skills MS Office software, MS TEAMS, etc
- Good analytical and organisation skills
